About Us
Vendtek Services are an independent company that was founded in Newark Nottinghamshire back in 2008 at a time when the UK was experiencing one of the most turbulent financial years in living memory, but still the coffee industry remained buoyant.
Since then we have come a long way specialising in traditional Espresso and automatic coffee machines. In 2019 we were appointed IBERITAL Authorised Dealers for Lincolnshire, providing a wide range of espresso machines from the small and compact 1 group models, to the large powerful group 3 machines meeting all your espresso needs including commercial grinders and barrister equipment.
In addition to this, we are proud to announce that we have become an authorised dealer for LINCAT Catering Manufacturers. We are now able to offer our customers access to the whole vast range of LINCAT equipment, from hot water boilers to 6 ring gas ovens all at affordable prices.
The customer is our number one priority and Vendtek Services offers a fast, friendly and professional service to all of our customers.
The company re-located to Lincoln in 2014 enabling us to cover the whole of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the East Coast.
Services
Vendtek Services caters for most makes and models of Traditional Espresso and automatic Bean 2 Cup machines. We are also IBERITAL Authorised Dealers.
We are able to carry out machine refurbishments in our fully equipped workshop and in situations where this leaves customers without a machine we offer a loan machine to keep their business running and the coffee pouring.
As with all Espresso machines the coffee you serve will only be as good as the ingredients you use and this includes annual water filter changes. Vendtek Services provide a range of quality water filters including well known brands such as Brita, 3M and Claris in all different sizes depending on your machine.
We carry out site servicing to keep your machine running as smooth as possible, this is recommended every 9 to 12 months for a front end service and every 18 to 24 months for a full service.
Our service fees are very competitive and vary depending on which machine you have. As an example a 1 group machine would be cheaper to service than a 3 group machine due to the volume of parts required.
Safety is paramount to us and all our customers who operate an Espresso machine that produces steam and is over 14 months old and are strongly encouraged to have a boiler inspection in accordance with PSSR 2000 regulations (Pressure Safety Systems Regulations)*.
*This does not apply to Bean 2 Cup or automatic machines where the boiler operates at 95 degrees or below.
